RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the primary liaison between employees and the HR department, providing guidance on HR-related inquiries and coordinating HR support for various business units.

Act as the promoter of HR policies and processes, ensuring the implementation and training of key HR programs, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management (including PIP), attendance and leave management, compensation, and employee benefits.

conduct anonymous surveys and “walk arounds” to assure we understand the employee’s perspective on business improvement and employee satisfaction with the leadership and domestic business.

Oversee probation period management for new employees, ensuring both new hires and line managers clearly understand the process, and actively participate in key checkpoints as an HR representative.

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities within the region, including full-cycle hiring support and the maintenance of recruitment channels.

Support business units in collecting quarterly/semi-annual performance review results, and execute PIP process when required.

Act as an ambassador of corporate culture, assisting HQ in implementing cultural initiatives and team-building activities to strengthen team cohesion.
Organize and coordinate training programs for the assigned departments according to the Annual Training Plan.
Skills:

Education: College major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Corporate Management, or other related disciplines.

Work Experience (Must have): hands-on experience managing teams in manufacturing environments.

Work Experience (Nice to have): Prior HR management experience in multinational companies preferred; HRIS systems (e.g. ADP) will be a plus. Any additional HR training will be a plus.

Years of Experience: Prefer 3 years of experience as an HRBP and over 8 years in HR roles.
