Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR with 7-8 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will handle HR functions with a strong focus on payroll management, along with other generalist responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

 End-to-end processing of monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.

 Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS.

 Maintain payroll records and coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement.  Handle payroll queries and maintain employee data confidentiality.

 Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening, coordination, and onboarding.

 Organize and execute new employee orientations and inductions.

 Support performance management and appraisal cycles.

 Handle employee grievances and assist with disciplinary actions.

 Drive employee engagement activities and HR events.

 Maintain HR documentation and records in HRMS or internal systems.

 Stay updated with labor laws and ensure compliance. Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

 Minimum 7 years of relevant HR experience, including hands-on payroll handling.

 Strong knowledge of HR processes, Indian labor laws, and compliance.

 Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR/payroll software.

 Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
