Senior Human Resources Leader – Corporate Manufacturing Environment

We’re representing a growing, innovation-driven manufacturer backed by a publicly traded industrial group. They’re seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to drive enterprise-wide HR strategies, influence executive leadership, and elevate the people function across a multi-site organization.

This is not your typical plant HR role. You’ll be working closely with the VP of Global HR and site leadership to:

• Lead strategic initiatives around talent development, performance, compensation, and compliance
• Modernize HR systems and processes across the business
• Serve as a critical voice on organizational structure, culture, and growth planning
• Oversee a small, capable HR team while shaping company-wide policy and best practices

What They’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in progressive HR roles, with 7+ years of leadership
• Strong command of talent strategy, org design, and compliance
• Experience in complex or multi-site manufacturing a plus
• Comfortable navigating both tactical execution and executive influence
