Senior Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager who will take ownership of our HR strategy and operations. You are not just managing processes. You are shaping the employee experience, building a high-performing culture, and supporting leaders as the company scales across the region.

You will work closely with senior leadership, ensuring that our workforce strategy aligns with business growth while maintaining compliance, engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy and Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Partner with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development
  • Lead HR initiatives that support company expansion

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

  • Oversee recruitment strategies for multiple departments and locations
  • Ensure hiring processes are efficient, compliant, and candidate-friendly
  • Build strong employer branding to attract top talent

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Foster a positive workplace culture focused on performance and retention
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Develop engagement and retention programs

Performance Management and Development

  • Design and implement performance evaluation systems
  • Support leadership in coaching and developing employees
  • Identify training needs and manage development programs

Compliance and HR Operations

  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies
  • Oversee HR documentation, contracts, and internal procedures
  • Manage compensation structures and benefits administration

What We Are Looking For

Experience

  • 6 plus years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations is highly preferred

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certifications are an advantage

Skills and Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Ability to manage HR operations across multiple locations

Leadership and Communication

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼18,000.00 - ﷼22,000.00 per month
