You are not simply managing policies or processing recruitment requests—you are shaping the future of our workforce. Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy:
Lead recruitment planning, succession strategy, and workforce development initiatives across multiple departments.
Organizational Development:
Build and improve performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership development programs.
Team Leadership:
Mentor HR specialists and recruitment teams. Conduct reviews, coaching sessions, and capability-building programs.
Employee Relations:
Manage conflict resolution, policy implementation, employee wellbeing programs, and workplace culture initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:
Present workforce strategies and HR insights to executive leadership. You can explain not only what should change, but why it matters to the business.

What We Are Looking For?
Experience:
8+ years in Human Resources, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior management role.
Background:
Strong experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation planning, and organizational development.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, ATS systems, reporting dashboards, and workforce analytics.
Language Skills:
English (Professional) is required for executive communication. Arabic is considered an advantage.
Mindset:
You are strategic, pragmatic, and people-focused. You know when to build for long-term culture and when the business needs immediate action.
