Kurum Group is a UAE-based consultancy firm specializing in business setup, corporate support services, real estate documentation, and government liaison (PRO) solutions. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources functions and help drive organizational growth.
Job Summary
This leadership role will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy development, payroll coordination, and compliance with UAE labor laws. A strong understanding of digital HR tools is essential. Familiarity with CRM-based HR platforms such as Zoho People or similar is considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, documentation, and offboarding
- Lead employee engagement, performance management, and internal communication
- Ensure payroll accuracy, leave tracking, and compliance with UAE labor regulations
- Address employee concerns and support a positive work environment
- Prepare regular HR reports and present data-driven recommendations to management
- Develop training and career development programs
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and staffing needs
- Support external communication with PRO services and government entities when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, payroll, and employee contracts
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle sensitive issues professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital HR systems
- Experience with platforms like Zoho CRM or Zoho People is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are preferred
