Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the complete HR function for our manufacturing unit. The candidate should have strong exposure to factory HR operations, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles
- Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
- Handle statutory audits and inspections
- Manage payroll, attendance, and HR documentation
- Drive performance appraisal and training initiatives
- Maintain employee engagement and industrial harmony
- Coordinate closely with Plant Head and department managers
Requirements:
- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in Pharma / Nutraceutical / Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance
- Experience handling 100+ workforce preferred
- Leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
