Senior HR Specialist

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Lead and manage end to end recruitment processes for various departments.
  • Handle complex employee relations cases and provide guidance to managers.
  • Support performance management cycles, KPIs, and development plans.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR standards.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management.
  • Coordinate training programs and support organizational development initiatives.
  • 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a mid to large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
