About the Role

As our Senior HVAC Install Technician, you'll be the go-to leader for residential and commercial new construction projects. You'll oversee installations from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and callback-free. This isn't just a hands-on role—it's a chance to shape our team's success while delivering top-tier service to our valued clients in the Fox Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage install teams in the field, providing hands-on guidance and training to junior technicians.
• Handle bidding, estimating, and crafting detailed proposals for residential and commercial HVAC projects.
• Oversee job timelines, quality control, and troubleshooting to ensure zero issues or callbacks.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional, customer-focused results.
• Foster a positive team environment, teaching best practices and promoting safety and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of HVAC experience, with a strong focus on the installation side of the industry.
• Proven expertise in residential and commercial new construction installs.
• Sharp skills in bidding, estimating, proposal writing, and team management.
• A natural leader who thrives on mentoring and developing talent.
• Professional demeanor, customer-first mindset, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Valid driver's license and relevant certifications (EPA certification a plus).
• Expertise in residential/commercial HVAC systems
