Senior HVAC Project Manager

We're Hiring | Mechanical Project Manager – Commercial Construction | New York

Seadom Holdings is seeking a seasoned Mechanical PM to lead large-scale, high-end commercial mechanical construction projects in the New York market.

What you'll own:

• Full delivery of mechanical scopes: HVAC, sheet metal, steam fitting, insulation, controls, and equipment coordination
• Subcontractor and vendor management from buyout through closeout
• RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedule management
• On-site coordination with GCs, engineers, and trades

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years in mechanical contracting PM roles on commercial projects ($5M+ scopes)
• Deep working knowledge of mechanical systems and construction sequencing
• Strong communicator — with owners, GCs, subs, and field crews alike
• Proficient in Excel and Procore; BIM coordination experience a plus
• New York market experience strongly preferred
• OSHA 30-Hour (Construction) required
• NYC DOB 62-Hour SST Card (Site Safety Training) required
• Asbestos Awareness certification required
