Northern is on the search for HVAC Technicians to join our team. For over two decades, we've built our name on top-notch service in West Michigan. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues for homes and businesses
• Do routine maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
• Install IAQ Equipment systems per specs
• Respond quickly to service calls and resolve issues fast
• Keep detailed records of services, parts, and hours worked
• Educate customers on energy-saving tips and system use
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety rules
• Stay updated with new training and industry best practices

Requirements

• Skilled at diagnosing and fixing HVAC systems including, but not limited to: furnaces, boilers, ACs, and heat pumps
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues
• Precise installation abilities following manufacturer guidelines
• Good communication skills to explain work to customers
• Ability to keep your work area and vehicle organized
• Follow safety protocols thoroughly
• Valid driver’s license for travel within West Michigan using company vehicles
• Comfortable using digital tools for logging reports and managing schedules

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
