About the Role

Warm Floors™ is hiring a Senior HVAC Service Technician (7–15 years experience) to work on high-end residential heating systems, including boilers, heat pumps, and radiant hydronic systems.

This is a great fit for a strong service tech who enjoys real troubleshooting, system-level thinking, and clean, technical work—not just swapping parts.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair hydronic systems
• Work on boilers, heat pumps, and occasionally domestic hot water systems
• Commission and optimize system performance
• Troubleshoot mechanical and control issues
• Read plans and piping diagrams
• Maintain clean, organized job sites

What We’re Looking For

• 7–15 years HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic skills (not a parts changer)
• Experience with boilers, heat pump water heaters, air-to-water heat pumps, and water heaters
• Comfortable with low voltage electrical wiring and controls
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Big Plus If You Have

• Soldering or brazing experience
• Hydronic system experience
• Understanding of thermodynamics and flow
• Experience with air-to-water or electric heat pumps
