Senior HVAC Service Technician

$25–$35+ per hour + commissions and spiffs

John H. Coleman Company is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We've been serving East Tennessee since 1945 and are committed to providing our technicians with the tools and support they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
• Communicate recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete service documentation and required paperwork
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Participate in the on-call rotation

Requirements

• 3+ years HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Must own basic service tools
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service
