SENIOR HVAC TECHNICIAN

The Senior A/C Technician is responsible for installing, repair and maintenance work with quality standards. He should have a high school diploma or equivalent, vocational training certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot and repair AC systems, including split units, ducted units and chillers.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on AC units and other MEP equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify faults in electrical systems, including lighting, power circuits and control panels.
• Install and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures and drainage systems.
• Interpret technical manuals, blueprints and schematic diagrams to perform work accurately.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure all work is compliant with company standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience as AC Technician in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of AC mechanical system and electrical system.
• Technical degree or diploma qualification in a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to independently work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
• A valid UAE Driving License will be considered an added advantage during selection.
