Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Senior Immigration Consultant / Immigration Consultant to guide individuals and families through the immigration process. The role involves assessing client eligibility, preparing applications, providing accurate advice, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional consultation and guidance on immigration, work permits, visas, permanent residency, and related matters.
• Assess clients’ eligibility and advise on suitable immigration programs.
• Prepare, review, and submit applications and supporting documents to relevant authorities.
• Stay updated with immigration laws, regulations, and government policies.
• Communicate with clients regularly to update them on case progress.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and provide solutions with professionalism.
• Ensure ethical practices and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, visa processes, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).

• Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
• Sales or client acquisition experience (for business growth).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
