Position: Immigration Sales Consultant
We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven professional to join our team as an Senior Immigration Sales Consultant. This role involves guiding clients through various residency and citizenship options while driving business growth through effective client engagement and conversion.
The ideal candidate should be confident in handling clients, understanding their goals, and recommending suitable international migration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and CRM platforms
- Handle inbound inquiries and actively follow up on leads
- Conduct consultations and convert prospects into active clients
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets
Consultation & Advisory
- Evaluate client profiles, including financial and personal background
- Recommend suitable options such as:
- Citizenship-by-investment programs
- Residency and Golden Visa options
- Business and investor migration pathways
- Simplify and explain complex processes, timelines, and requirements
Application Support & Coordination
- Assist clients in preparing and organizing required documentation
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processing
- Track application progress and provide timely updates to clients
Market Awareness
- Stay informed about global immigration policies and program updates
- Develop knowledge of key regions such as Europe, Canada, and Australia
- Understand industry trends and competitor offerings
Candidate Requirements
Experience
- 1–3 years in immigration consulting, visa services, or a sales-focused role
Core Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Confident in negotiations and closing deals
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
Languages
- Proficiency in English is required
- Additional languages such as Hindi, Punjabi, Tagalog or Arabic are an advantage
