Job Summary:
The Logistics Executive is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective movement of goods, services, and information within the supply chain. This role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
- Shipping and Receiving:
- Oversee the preparation and processing of shipping and receiving documents.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers and from suppliers.
- Manage relationships with carriers and negotiate rates and contracts.
- Logistics Planning:
- Develop and implement logistics plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with various departments (sales, production, and procurement) to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations related to logistics.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics activities.
- Prepare and submit reports on logistics performance and activities.
- Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to logistics and delivery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective logistics operations.
- Cost Control:
- Monitor and manage logistics costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement cost reduction initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and implement best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to enhance logistics operations.

- Verifying Stock
- Coordination with accounts department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts and practices.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
