Senior Industrial Automation Manager

About the Role:
Prime Otomasyon Industrial Automation & Mechatronics Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced and technically driven Senior Industrial Automation Manager to lead automation engineering operations, industrial systems integration, and mechatronics solutions development in Kuwait City. This role focuses on optimizing industrial processes, managing automation projects, and delivering advanced engineering solutions for manufacturing and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Engineering Leadership: Oversee industrial automation systems, control engineering, and mechatronics operations
• Project Management: Manage end-to-end automation projects including design, installation, testing, and commissioning
• Systems Integration: Lead integration of PLCs, SCADA, robotics, and industrial control systems
• Operational Optimization: Improve production efficiency, process automation, and equipment reliability
• Technical Oversight: Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety protocols, and operational requirements
• Innovation & Technology Strategy: Evaluate emerging automation technologies and industrial solutions
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with industrial clients, contractors, suppliers, and engineering teams
• Process Improvement: Enhance automation workflows, maintenance systems, and project execution efficiency
• Team Leadership: Lead automation engineers, mechatronics specialists, and technical operations teams

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in industrial automation, mechatronics, or control systems engineering
• Skills: Strong expertise in PLCs, SCADA, robotics, and industrial process automation
• Education: Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing, industrial systems, or automation solution environments
• Leadership: Ability to manage engineering teams and large-scale industrial automation projects
