We have been active in the US for more than 15 years and are now expanding our footprint.

In April 2026, we are opening a new office in Marina del Rey, Los Angeles.

Over the next three years, we intend to build a serious creative and product hub in Los Angeles that will:

• Develop original product IP
• Access top-tier industrial and digital design talent
• Produce world-class creative content
• Build licensing partnerships
• Participate meaningfully in the global toy and product industry, which is centralized in Los Angeles

The Opportunity

We are seeking Senior Industrial Designers to join our Los Angeles office.

You will work directly on the conceptualization and development of new physical products, guiding them from early idea through to mass production.

You will collaborate closely with:

• The Industrial Design Director in LA
• Global DFM specialists based in Malaysia
• Plastics engineers, toolmakers, and safety teams across Asia
• Our established 15-person product development team in Australia

This role is for someone who can think creatively and execute commercially.

What You Will Do

• Develop original product concepts aligned with clear brand direction
• Translate ideas into production-ready CAD• Design for real-world manufacturing constraints
• Work closely with DFM to refine parts for tooling and mass production
• Participate in design reviews and respond constructively to feedback
• Deliver products that meet aesthetic, functional, safety, and commercial requirements
• Protect timelines and push projects forward without waiting to be told

You will own projects.Y ou will not be micromanaged.You will be expected to deliver.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years professional experience in Industrial or Product Design
• Proven experience bringing physical products to mass production
• Strong understanding of plastics, injection molding, and tooling
• High-level CAD capability in SolidWorks and Fusion 360
• Strong design sensibility with attention to proportion, detail, and restraint
• A portfolio of real, manufactured products
• Ability to work within brand parameters
• Comfortable operating under real commercial deadlines
