We are looking for a Senior Industrial Operations Manager who can oversee large-scale industrial operations while leading operational strategy, workforce coordination, and performance improvement initiatives. You will manage cross-functional teams, optimize operational workflows, and support projects that directly impact service quality and business expansion. Key Responsibilities:
Industrial Operations Leadership:
Oversee daily industrial and commercial operations including workforce coordination, operational planning, logistics support, and performance monitoring across multiple operational areas.
Operational Strategy:
Develop and implement operational strategies that improve workflow efficiency, strengthen service delivery, and support scalable industrial operations.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor operational supervisors, technical coordinators, logistics personnel, and support teams. Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.
Project Coordination:
Support the execution of industrial projects and operational initiatives while ensuring alignment with company standards, project timelines, and service objectives.
Performance Monitoring:
Track operational KPIs, productivity metrics, workflow efficiency, and reporting systems to support continuous operational improvement and business performance.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with executive leadership, clients, contractors, vendors, and operational partners to support organizational goals and project delivery requirements.
Compliance and Safety Oversight:
Maintain compliance with operational policies, industrial safety regulations, quality assurance standards, and risk management procedures across all operations.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6+ years of experience in industrial operations, commercial services management, logistics coordination, or operational leadership, including at least 1-2 years in a senior management role.
Leadership Skills:
Strong experience managing operational teams, coordinating industrial workflows, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and service quality.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of industrial operations, operational planning, logistics coordination, compliance standards, and performance optimization strategies.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in operational reporting systems, project management tools, workflow platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
Communication Skills:
Excellent English communication skills are required for operational reporting, stakeholder management, and leadership coordination. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
Mindset:
You are analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented. You understand how to balance operational efficiency, workforce performance, and service quality while leading teams in fast-paced industrial environments.
Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
