Senior Information Security Expert

What makes you a good fit:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in information security,
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field,
• Knowledge and experience about defense-in-depth security architecture and threat modelling,
• Comprehensive understanding of network security, server and endpoint security, identity and access management, application security and new technologies such as container, API, cloud, AI and blockchain,
• Experience on cyber security solutions and technologies such as Firewall, IPS/IDS, WAF, VPN, EPP, EDR/XDR, Email Security, DDoS protection, DLP, SIEM,
• Advanced knowledge of security frameworks and standards,
• Strong analytical and communication skills,
• Possession of industry-recognized security certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP etc.) is a plus.

What you’ll experience working at Softtech:

• Work closely with IT and business teams to identify security risks and implement relevant security controls,
• Play a critical role in ensuring the security of our systems and networks,
• Develop and implement effective security policies, procedures and controls,
• Stay current with the latest advancements in cyber security, research new technologies and conduct PoC activities,
• Stay up-to-date on emerging cyber security threats and vulnerabilities,
• Conduct threat modeling exercises to identify potential threats on existing systems, processes and new projects,
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
