For our Information Technology Team, we are looking for a Senior Information Technology Analyst to join us!

1. Information Security Management & Standards

• Familiar with information security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 , COBIT , GDPR , and other regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in information security processes and practices, closely following technology trends.

2. Data Security & Access Management

• Experience with data security technologies ( DLP , Data Classification, Data Discovery, Database Monitoring – DAM).
• Knowledge of account and access security ( PAM , IAM , MFA ).
• Coordinate application penetration testing processes, ensuring robust security measures.

3. Systems & Application Administration

• Manage user, license, security, and email policies on the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Familiar with Exchange Mail Server , Microsoft 365 , and archiving infrastructures.
• Execute the deployment, update, and user support processes of Microsoft Office applications .

4. Hardware & Asset Management

• Control and update the company’s hardware inventory .

5. IT Operations & End-User Support

• Ability to monitor and promptly respond to IT end-user requests (laptop, printer malfunctions, peripherals, etc.).
• Perform IT purchasing based on organizational needs.

6. Performance, Security Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor performance and security metrics, implementing optimization initiatives to enhance system reliability and resilience.
• Closely monitor new technologies and ensure their effective adaptation within the company.

7. Financial Planning & Resource Management

• Plan and manage IT OPEX and CAPEX resources, maximizing utilization and optimizing ROI.
