Role Summary

As a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst at Company Name , a leading AI and IT solutions provider based in the UAE, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable IT strategies, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and optimisation of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, validate, and refine product road maps aligned with strategic objectives.
• Translate business goals into clear, actionable requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to incorporate modern digital trends, automation, and AI driven capabilities.
• Identify business and process gaps and recommend technology enabled improvements using analytics and AI tools.
• Work closely with government and enterprise stakeholders to capture priorities, pain points, KPIs, and regulatory constraints.
• Develop wireframes, process models, and business cases using tools such as BPMN, UML, Figma, and Miro.
• Lead or actively participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Operate effectively in fast paced, product oriented, and transformation driven environments.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5-8 years of proven experience in business analysis, product, or digital solution roles.
• Strong expertise in requirements engineering, process optimisation, and product thinking.
• Hands on experience using AI and analytics tools for business modelling, insights, and workflow automation.
• Experience mentoring junior BAs or acting as a proxy Product Owner.

Mandatory Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker with full professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Previous experience working on government projects is mandatory.
• Proven involvement in digital transformation initiatives within government entities, including eGovernment, smart services, or national platforms.

Educational Degree Requirements

• Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Information Systems
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner
• Professional certifications such as PMI PBA and Agile BA.
• TOGAF for enterprise architecture (especially in larger organisations)
• For AI focused companies, familiarity with Data Science or Machine Learning certifications can be a big plus.

Bonus Skills

• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Notion AI, ChatGPT, Zapier,
• Understanding of AI use cases in process automation, customer experience, decision support, and analytics.
