Senior Information Technology Operations Manager

Job Summary:

NXL Systems Technologies is seeking a Senior Information Technology Operations Manager to oversee IT operations, workflow coordination, infrastructure support activities, and operational planning within our growing technology organization in Kuwait City.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys improving operational efficiency, supporting technology systems, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing day-to-day IT operations in a fast-paced business environment. What you'll do:

• Oversee daily information technology and operational support activities
• Coordinate workflow management across IT and operational teams
• Support operational planning and technology coordination initiatives
• Monitor system operations, reporting processes, and workflow effectiveness
• Help improve IT procedures, operational systems, and productivity standards
• Assist with project tracking, scheduling, and operational planning activities
• Maintain quality standards across technology and operational functions
• Support leadership with operational initiatives and process improvement activities
• Build positive working relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Contribute ideas that improve operational efficiency and technology performance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in IT operations, technical support, business operations, systems coordination, project management, or technology services preferred
• Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple operational priorities and projects
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with IT workflows, operational reporting, or systems coordination is beneficial
