About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SCCM Engineer to join a dynamic IT team and support the management of desktop and server infrastructure across stores. This role will focus on designing, deploying, configuring, and providing advanced support for SCCM environments, ensuring overall health, security, and compliance of clients and servers. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in SCCM (MECM/ConfigMgr) with a track record of handling advanced troubleshooting, automation, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement SCCM infrastructure and site systems.
• Deploy and update operating systems, applications, and patches using SCCM.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health and compliance issues.
• Create and maintain SCCM reports and dashboards.
• Develop and document SCCM policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Handle day-to-day distribution of level 3 support; provide technical guidance to L2 and L3 teams.
• Perform advanced SCCM activities including health checks, LEDBAT, desired state reconfiguration, and remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure SCCM integration and compatibility.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of related IT experience, with a minimum of 4 years focused on SCCM (MECM/ConfigMgr).
• Strong knowledge of SCCM architecture, features, and components.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and SQL queries.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365, and Azure.
• Certifications in SCCM, Microsoft, or ITIL.
• Background with SCOM or similar tools is a plus.

Pay Range

Pay Rate: $70 - $75/HR
