Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and validate new inkjet systems and related sub-systems.
- Work on inkjet technologies including printheads, inks, substrates, and inkjet processes.
- Ensure compatibility of inks with substrates and production requirements.
- Develop and optimize inkjet machines, transport systems, and material handling integration.
- Build prototypes and conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to print quality, ink behavior, substrates, and transport systems.
- Collaborate with vendors for development, sourcing, and qualification of parts and consumables.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to support development timelines and cost optimization.
- Support transition from development to manufacturing through DFM/DFA practices.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, BOMs, test reports, and SOPs.
- Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional teams

Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: BE / B. Tech, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechatronics
- Preferred Qualifications: B. Tech in Electronics & Communication
.
Experience
- Minimum experience required: 8-12 years
.
Competencies
- Knowledge of Inkjet technology, Inks, Subtract, Inkjet process, Machines, Transport system
- Manufacturing or R&D environment exposure.
