Position Title: Inside Sales Executive

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Flexible with Shift Timings)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive admissions for our Online MBA program. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, target-oriented, and have a strong passion (“fire in the belly”) to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other digital channels
- Counsel prospective students about the Online MBA program
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable program options
- Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into enrollments
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups

- Smart, strategic thinker with problem-solving ability
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Comfortable with 6-day working schedule

- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / education sales / ed-tech sales
- Experience in lead generation and conversion
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
