Senior Intake Case Manager

Job description:

We are seeking an energetic, caring, and outgoing candidate for a Supervising Intake Case Manager position in our intake department. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, responsible, and capable of working with limited supervision, while also guiding and supporting the intake team to meet client needs.

This individual must have 5+ years of personal injury experience and a strong understanding of property damage and liability in regard to motor vehicle accidents. The role involves direct communication with clients and supporting a team. The candidate must be self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Overseeing intake case managers;
• Developing plans to assist with our client's vehicle damage;
• Communicating with clients;
• Communicating with insurance adjusters;
• Data entry;
• Investigating cases;
• Providing excellent customer service at all times;
• Misc. assignments.

Requirements

• Required: Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Required: 5+ years of working as an insurance adjuster (MVA Property Damage)
• Required: High School Diploma
• Preferred: Associates or Bachelor's degree
• Preferred: Managerial experience in an office setting
• Has own transportation

Compensation:

• Base Salary $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 DOE
• Quartery Bonuses
