Senior Integration Developer AP

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain middleware services that enable seamless data exchange across business-critical systems. The role involves working in an Agile Scrum environment, gathering and translating business requirements, and building scalable integration solutions using ESB platforms, APIs, and messaging tools like MQ and Kafka. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in middleware, service-oriented architecture, and system integration, preferably within the banking or financial sector.

Requirements

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve middleware services to be consumed by multiple business solutions
• Gather requirements and translate them into design/code
• Define technical requirements and their relationship to functional requirements
• Create detailed technical documentation (ICDs, Mapping Sheets, IRDs)
• Maintain and support services and applications post Go-Live
• Troubleshoot issues within the middleware environment
• Work in an Agile Scru m environment to deliver iterative solutions
• Collaborate with managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to align technical delivery with business needs
• Stay updated with new technologies and demonstrate strong communication and knowledge-sharing skills

Job Requiremen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 2–7 years of relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in design and development usin g ESB Platfo rm.
• Solid experience wit h MQ (creating, managing, securing, scripting MQ objects).
• Solid experience i n SO AP an d RE ST service design and implementation.
• Solid experience wit h XML/JS ON, HTTP, MQ, SOAP, File, and Database nodes.
• Solid experience i n ESQL codi ng.
• Solid experience wit h DB, Java, and SSL securi ty.
• Experience with integration solutions (API, ETL, ESB).
• Strong knowledge of messaging middleware and event streaming (e.g., MQ, Apache Kafka).
• Strong knowledge of integration, modernization, and agile integration methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (GitLab, Jenki ns) and agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Mi ro).
• SQL and query language knowledge is a plus.
• Experience wit h .NET Framewo rk is a plus.
• Adept in database design, development, and data modeling.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in software development using Agile Methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience building scalabl e microservices-based architectur es.
• Experience wit h Dock er an d Red Hat OpenShi ft is a plus.
• Experience integrating wit h Temenos T24 C BS an d AS400 C BS is preferable.
• Banking industry experience is preferred.
