A highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Dubai. Proficient in developing innovative design concepts, space planning, and delivering high-quality 3D visualizations. Experienced in handling residential, commercial, and hospitality projects from concept to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with local regulations.

• Material & Finishes Selection

• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality Regulations & DDA/Nakheel Approvals

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

Responsibilities

• Develop and present creative design concepts for interior spaces
• Produce detailed technical drawings and 3D renderings
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting based on project style and budget
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and execution phases
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and design documentation
• Coordinate with local authorities for permits and design approvals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Dubai
• Strong portfolio showcasing interior and architectural projects with 3D work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and design regulations
