We are looking for a Senior Interior Design Operations Manager who can oversee large-scale design and production operations while leading project coordination, operational strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, optimize project workflows, and support initiatives that improve service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. You are not simply managing design operations; you are helping create environments that combine functionality, innovation, and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Operations Leadership:
Oversee daily interior design and production operations including project coordination, operational planning, workflow management, and performance monitoring across multiple projects.

Project Delivery Management:
Ensure interior and fit out projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to approved design standards and operational requirements.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor project managers, design coordinators, production supervisors, and operational staff. Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.

Operational Strategy:
Develop and implement operational strategies that improve project efficiency, strengthen cross-functional coordination, and support scalable business growth.

Client and Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with executive leadership, clients, architects, contractors, suppliers, and external partners to align operational goals and project expectations.

Quality and Performance Monitoring:
Track operational KPIs, project timelines, production quality metrics, and workflow performance indicators while supporting continuous operational improvement.

Compliance and Safety Oversight:
Maintain compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, project specifications, and quality assurance requirements across all operations and worksites.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years of experience in interior design operations, commercial fit out management, architectural project coordination, or manufacturing operations leadership, including at least 1-2 years in a senior management role.

Leadership Skills:
Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating design and production workflows, and maintaining high standards of project execution and service quality.

Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of interior design operations, project management, production workflows, procurement coordination, and commercial fit out processes.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management systems, operational reporting platforms, workflow coordination tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Communication Skills:
Excellent English communication skills are required for stakeholder coordination, operational reporting, and client management. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

You are creative, organized, and solution-oriented. You understand how to balance operational efficiency, project quality, and client expectations while leading teams in fast-paced design and production environments.

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
