Location: Sewri, Mumbai

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with strong expertise in luxury hospitality and lifestyle projects. This role combines creative design leadership with project management, vendor coordination, and client-facing responsibilities. The candidate will play a key role in shaping spaces that balance global aesthetics with operational efficiency and local cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Expertise: Lead space planning, material selection, lighting design, and bespoke furniture/fixture detailing.
• Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end project execution including vendor coordination, budgeting, and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Adaptability: Translate global concepts into local execution considering sourcing, craftsmanship, and cost effectiveness.
• Client Interaction: Present design ideas confidently, interpret briefs, and deliver practical, innovative solutions.
• Innovation: Drive contemporary aesthetics through cultural storytelling, sustainability, and cutting-edge design trends.
• Execution Oversight: Ensure seamless delivery from design development through to site supervision and final handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Fine Arts.
• Added advantage: Certifications in Sustainable Design, Hospitality/Retail Design, or International Design Programs.

Experience

• 2–5 years of progressive experience in interior design, with at least 1–3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Hands-on exposure to hospitality, boutique hotels, F&B concepts, luxury residences, or lifestyle spaces.
• Proven ability in concept-to-execution delivery, managing both creative vision and practical site requirements.

Technical Proficiency

• Design & Drafting: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino.
• 3D Visualization & Rendering: 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion.
• BIM & Detailing: Revit (for collaborative projects).
• Graphic Presentation: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Bonus: Familiarity with parametric tools (Grasshopper) and VR/AR-based design walkthroughs.
