Senior Interior Designer

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Interior Designer to lead our interior design projects. The role involves managing and mentoring the design team, overseeing the complete design process, and ensuring each project reflects our brand’s aesthetic and technical standards while exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of interior designers across multiple residential projects.
• Translate client briefs into innovative, functional, and aesthetically aligned design solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to design quality, project timelines, and budgets.
• Provide creative guidance, mentor junior designers, and maintain design documentation standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in residential interior design, with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role.
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design.
• Strong knowledge of residential interior trends, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
