Senior Interior Designer

·Create detailed hand sketches to communicate design concepts and ideas.

· Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and preferences.

· Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval.

·Creating detailed shop drawings to ensure accurate and precise execution of design concepts.

· Create detailed plans and specifications for interior spaces.

· Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept.

· Prepare cost estimates and project budgets.

· Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure project success.

· Oversee the implementation of design plans and make adjustments as needed.

· Incorporate new ideas and technologies into design projects.

· Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

· Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.

· Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.

· Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

· Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.

· Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

· Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
