Senior Interior Designer

Job Description:

As a 3D Interior Designer at Lama Designs, you will be responsible for transforming design concepts into photorealistic 3D visualizations, ensuring our clients' vision is brought to life. You will work closely with our design team to create detailed 3D models and renderings for both residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will play a vital role in the design process, from conceptualization to final presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D models of interior spaces using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.

Produce photorealistic renderings and visualizations using Vray, Lumion, and Enscape.

Collaborate with the design team to refine project concepts and present design ideas to clients.

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all 3D renderings, including textures, lighting, and material finishes.

Maintain project timelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Stay updated on design trends and new 3D software developments to improve skills and efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in 3D interior design or visualization.

Strong knowledge of 3D modeling software: 3ds Max, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.

Expertise in 3D rendering software: Vray, Lumion, Enscape.

Solid understanding of design principles, space planning, and interior design trends.

Ability to produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings with attention to lighting, texture, and material finishes.

Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for image editing.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A keen eye for detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
