This is a rare opportunity to collaborate directly with Barry Wooley, one of Louisville’s most respected design leaders. You’ll shape high-end residential and commercial environments that blend sophistication, comfort, and artistry — all while mentoring others and leaving your own mark on our signature style.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Barry and our talented team to bring bold, client-centered design concepts to life.
• Lead projects from concept through installation with exceptional attention to detail.
• Develop mood boards, budgets, and presentations that inspire clients and ensure flawless execution.
• Curate materials, furnishings, and finishes that express effortless luxury and timeless design.
• Strengthen relationships with clients, vendors, and partners through trust, creativity, and excellence.
• Contribute to our evolving showroom aesthetic and help define the next chapter of BW Design.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional, client-facing design experience.
• A strong design sensibility that balances creativity with structure.
• Proven project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) is a plus.
• A collaborative spirit and genuine passion for the art of living beautifully.
