Senior Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of materials, space planning, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design projects independently from concept development to final execution.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Prepare design concepts, mood boards, space layouts, and 3D renderings.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design theme.
• Prepare working drawings and detailed specifications for contractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Supervise on-site implementation and resolve design or execution challenges.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure delivery within timeline and budget.
• Mentor junior designers and oversee their design deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering software (Lumion/3ds Max).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong project management and team leadership abilities.
• Eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
• Experience in vendor management and cost estimation.
• Strong aesthetic sense and design innovation.

Salary Range:

₹[Enter Range] per month (depending on experience and portfolio)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
