The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can think like a strategist, design like an artist, and execute like a project manager. This is not just another “design job”—this is an opportunity to lead the vision, breathe life into client briefs, and push boundaries with every square foot.

You will:

• Take ownership of complete projects, from conceptualisation to site handover.
• Lead client discussions, interpret their aspirations, and translate them into compelling spatial experiences.
• Craft design narratives using mood boards, material palettes, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Be deeply involved in space planning, furniture layouts, and material selections that align with design intent and budget.
• Oversee execution.
• Work closely with vendors, contractors, consultants, and in-house teams to bring every idea to life.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and draftsmen, ensuring your experience helps others grow.
• Stay ahead of design trends, sustainable materials, and innovations that can elevate our design language.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interiors.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing your ability to work across diverse design styles and project types.
• Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and presentation tools. Familiarity with Revit or other 3D rendering software is a plus.
• Experience in managing end-to-end site coordination with attention to micro-level details.
• Someone who is proactive, self-managed, and capable of handling multiple deadlines.
• Aesthetic sensibility matched with technical knowledge of joinery, services, and materials.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
