We create quiet, functional luxury across homes and workplaces. As we expand in Riyadh, we’re seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead end-to-end design delivery to Saudi Building Code (SBC) standards, coordinating closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.

The Role (What You’ll Own)

• End-to-End Design Leadership: Brief → Concept → Design Development → 3D → GFC/IFC → handover.
• Compliance & Approvals: Deliver to SBC and Civil Defense life-safety expectations; align with MOMRAH/Baladi permitting workflows; coordinate SEC/SASO electrical guidelines and accessibility provisions with local consultants.
• Client Interface: Run discovery workshops, present schemes, secure approvals, manage variations and value engineering.
• Coordination: Liaise with architects, MEP/fire consultants, QS, joinery and fit-out vendors; own RFI/change logs and meeting minutes.
• Quality & Timelines: Guard design intent, issue packages on time, close redlines within SLA; support tendering and mock-ups.
• Local Network Build-out: Help assemble a reliable vendor/fit-out roster; mentor junior/freelance resources as we scale.

What You’ve Done (Must-Have)

• 4–8+ years in interior design with built work (premium residential and/or workplace).
• Strong AutoCAD and technical detailing (joinery, ceilings, services coordination, schedules).
• Demonstrated client-facing confidence; crisp documentation (MoMs, RFIs, variation registers).
• Working knowledge of KSA delivery: SBC compliance, Civil Defense expectations, Baladi touchpoints, local tender/spec culture.
• Fluent English; Arabic a strong plus.
• Based in Riyadh (or willing to relocate), with ability to attend key client/site meetings.

Good to Have

• Revit / SketchUp / Enscape or 3ds Max; Adobe CC (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Mostadam, LEED/WELL/BREEAM principles; circular design mindset.
• Workplace strategy basics (headcount → adjacency, acoustics, change management).
• Established KSA vendor network (lighting, joinery, flooring, stone/solid surfaces, upholstery).

Day-to-Day Outputs

• Space plans, elevations/sections/details; ceiling/lighting/electrical layouts; finishes/hardware schedules.
• Photorealistic 3D (self-produced or directed), curated material boards.
• Tender/GFC/IFC drawing sets with clean revision control; 30/60/90 issue cadence maintained.
