Senior Interior Designer

**Job Title: Interior Designer / Architect**

**Overview:**

We are seeking a creative Interior Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and spatial awareness. You will collaborate with clients and architects to create functional, visually appealing designs that meet client needs and project requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

- Understand client design preferences and budget constraints.

- Develop detailed design proposals, including color schemes, furniture selections, and layout plans.

- Select materials and furnishings to enhance design concepts.

- Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure compliance with building codes.

- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback.

- Manage project implementation, overseeing installations for quality.

- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain relationships with vendors.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.

- Proven experience with a strong portfolio.

- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
