Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee entire project lifecycle (concept to completion).
• Client Management: Conduct consultations, understand needs, and ensure satisfaction.
• Design Development: Conceptualize innovative designs, create presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
• Technical Documentation: Develop detailed plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Material Selection: Choose furniture, fixtures, finishes, colors, and materials.
• Team Supervision: Mentor, guide, and lead junior designers.
• Coordination: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Budget & Timeline: Manage project costs and schedules effectively.
• Compliance: Ensure designs meet safety and building regulations.
• Trends & Technology: Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and software.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in interior design, with a strong portfolio.
• Skills: Strong aesthetic sense, technical proficiency, excellent communication, project management, creativity, problem-solving, and software expertise.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
