Senior Interior Designer – Fit-Out Project Lead

Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team and lead high-end fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design and fit-out projects from start to handover.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring all phases progress according to schedule.
• Prepare, review, and manage BOQs, material selections, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate and follow up on orders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Manage client communication, presentations, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide design guidance, develop concepts, and prepare detailed drawings when required.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and ensure quality control at all stages.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee smooth execution of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in interior design with a strong portfolio in fit-out projects.
• Proven experience in project management and client handling.
• Strong knowledge of materials, technical drawings, and fit-out execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
