Senior Interior Designer

Role Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Interior Designer with strong 2D/3D design skills and hands-on experience in turnkey commercial and residential fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and high-quality 3D renderings.
• Create design concepts, material boards, and client presentations.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design execution meets standards.
• Handle authority submissions and approvals (Dubai Municipality, DCD, Trakhees, etc.) independently.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, and subcontractors throughout all project stages.
• Prepare BOQs, technical details, and documentation for approvals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of interior design experience in the fit-out industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3Ds Max, V-Ray, and related software.
• Strong understanding of UAE authority regulations and approval processes.
• Excellent design sense, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
