Role Overview

We are looking for a senior interior designer who can independently handle residential and commercial interior projects from concept to execution. The candidate should have strong design sensibility, client-handling skills, and site coordination experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept development to final handover
• Create space planning, design concepts, and material selections
• Prepare detailed drawings: layouts, elevations, sections & 3D views
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design ideas
• Manage junior designers and review their work
• Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, electricians, and site teams
• Ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings and timelines
• Conduct site visits and resolve on-site design challenges
• Maintain quality standards and cost control
• Stay updated with latest design trends, materials & finishes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture
• 4 - 5+ years of relevant experience in interior projects
• Strong knowledge of residential & commercial interiors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
