Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create interior design concepts, space planning, mood boards, and material selections.
• Prepare detailed drawings, joinery details, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings with contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage on-site supervision, fit-out execution, and design implementation.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design workshops.
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural teams, and suppliers for accurate integration of design elements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Mentor and supervise junior designers and draftsmen.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in interior design and fit-out.
• Strong design portfolio (commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail projects).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, and fit-out execution.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills

Preferred / Advantage

• UAE Driving License (plus point).
• Spouse Visa / Own Visa (highly preferred).
• Familiarity with UAE municipality approval processes.
• Experience in design & build / turnkey projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
