· Proficiency: Intermediate Level

Ø AutoCAD,

Ø Basic Knowledge of 3D

· Location: Noida Sector-63, U.P

· Time: Day Shift

· Work Experience: 5years

· Skills: Bachelor (Interior Designer/Architect/MEP)

· Field: Commercial Project, Area Knowledge with Space Planning: 3000 Sqft Area- there is no limit.

· Industry: Commercial Projects Interior Work’s Like (Corporate Office, Co-working space, MNC & IT Companies, Warehouse, Data centre)

· Job Responsibilities: ::::::

· Create a layout, planning & strategy for the open area which is starting from 3k sqft area.

· Create running drawing 2D & 3D drawing for modelling.

· Create Ceiling drawing for lights & false ceiling, Plumbing Drawing, Furniture drawing. etc.

· Create BOQ as per mention in drawing assets & designing for interior material.

· Discussed with vendors & Clients for finalized material & design of W/S, Lights, Glass, Carpet. Etc.

· Create idea for Mood board design as per client require.

· Compare rate list & quote sheets of vendors & working progress report.

· Handle all teams for design & execute.

· Create a daily work progress report.

· Maintain discipline in the office & work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
