As we continue to expand our premium portfolio, we are seeking a creative and motivated Interior Designer to join our growing design team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2 – 3years of professional experience in the UAE, preferably within a luxury development, real estate, or fit-out environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Interior Design Manager to support the development and execution of sophisticated interior concepts, ensuring design excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing interior design concepts, themes, and presentations for luxury projects
• Prepare drawings, mood boards, material boards, and FF&E documentation
• Support material, finish, furniture, and accessory selections in line with brand and design intent
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and procurement teams for material sourcing and specifications
• Maintain and organize the materials and samples library
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings, layouts, and design submissions for compliance with design intent
• Conduct site visits and prepare reports to monitor design implementation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams throughout project phases
• Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines, quality standards, and brand guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in the UAE (luxury or high-end projects preferred)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop; knowledge of 3ds Max or Revit is an advantage
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE materials, finishes, and local supplier networks
• Soft Skills: Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, time management, communication, and teamwork
• Additional: UAE driving license is an advantage
