Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary, Arabic-speaking Senior Interior Designer who excels in high-end 3D visualization and client management. This role is designed for a creative professional who can bridge the gap between technical brilliance and client aspiration. While your primary focus will be on "wowing" clients with advanced rendering and AI-integrated workflows, your ability to communicate fluently in Arabic will be the key to building strong, lasting relationships within the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relations & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, managing expectations and presenting design concepts. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for negotiating, presenting, and translating client visions into workable designs.
• Concept & 3D Development: Lead the creative direction of projects, focusing on high-quality 3D modeling and rendering (3ds Max) to bring spaces to life.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI design tools to accelerate the ideation phase, create rapid mood boards, and enhance final render outputs.
• Technical Support: Oversee the production of 2D layouts and technical details (while 2D is not the primary focus, proficiency here is a definite "edge").

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Language: Native in Arabic is required. Must also be proficient in English.
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in 3ds Max (paired with V-Ray or Corona) is essential.
• AI Proficiency: Preferable knowledge of AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Vizcom, or Stable Diffusion) to stay ahead of industry trends.
• The "Edge": Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD for technical documentation is highly valued.
• Experience: 5+ years in the Interior Design field, with a strong portfolio of high-end rendering work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD700.000 - BD1,000.000 per month
