Senior Interior Designer

We’re looking to hire an experienced interior designer with at least 2 years of experience to work closely with our clients under the direction of owner and principal designer Ali Henrie.

Responsibilities

• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Define project requirements and schedule during the initial consult
• Set costs and project fees according to budget
• Research and decide on materials and product sourcing
• Produce design boards
• Ability to do CAD drawings and elevations
• Work closely with other designers, architects and contractors
• Be up to date on the latest trends and happenings in the design industry

Skills

• At least 2-5 years of residential interior design experience (consultations, renovations, space planning and/or new construction)
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Must have skills in a rendering software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Revit or Chief Architect
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Self Motivated and able to lead a project
• Communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills
• Ability to work within a budget
• Organizational skills and a good attitude
• Good work ethic

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week). Hours are M-F from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00p.m. MST. Must have a reliable car and live in Utah. Office is located in Provo, UT. Pay is based on experience.
