Senior Interior Designer

We are partnering with a design-led studio in Dubai to appoint a Senior Interior Designer / Architect. The studio delivers high-end residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on concept, materiality, and refined spatial design.

This role suits a designer with a strong point of view, capable of leading projects from concept through to delivery while maintaining design integrity throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept development, including mood boards, layouts, and design narratives
• Oversee drawing packages across all stages, ensuring clarity and design consistency
• Manage projects day-to-day, coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
• Develop and specify materials, finishes, and FF&E
• Conduct site visits and support design implementation
• Present ideas confidently to clients and internal teams
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews

Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years' experience in interior design and/or architecture
• Strong experience in high-end residential or design-led projects
• Excellent conceptual, technical, and detailing skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Revit is a plus)
• Confident communicator with strong coordination skills
• Degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture
